Digital Content and Your Right of Withdrawal
QuantFrame is a digital content platform. Under consumer protection regulations in many jurisdictions, you may have a "cooling-off period" for online purchases.
However, digital content is treated differently. The law recognizes that once digital content is accessed, it cannot be "returned" like a physical product.
How This Works for QuantFrame
When You Subscribe:
By subscribing and accessing any premium content (personalized roadmaps, premium problems, advanced lessons, etc.), you:
- Request immediate access to the digital content
- Acknowledge you lose your right of withdrawal once you begin using the service
This Means:
- •Once you access premium features, no refund is available for that subscription period
- •This applies to all EU/EEA customers under applicable consumer law
- •You can still cancel anytime to prevent future charges
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens:

| Your progress | Saved and available if you resubscribe |
No partial refunds: If you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the end of that period but won't receive a prorated refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds in limited circumstances at our discretion:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice
- Technical failure: If a verified technical issue prevented any access to the service
- Unauthorized charges: If someone used your payment method without permission
To request a refund in these circumstances, contact us within 7 days at contact@mirkovic.dev with your account email and a description of the issue.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your QuantFrame account
- Go to Settings
- Click on Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation
You'll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Legal Basis
This policy is in accordance with standard consumer protection regulations for digital content, which recognize that digital services cannot be "returned" once accessed. These regulations allow the waiver of withdrawal rights for digital content when the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledgment before accessing the content.
